The Mullins tenancy occupies levels 21 and 22 of the Riverside centre in Brisbane which is widely recognised as one of the top A grade building's in Brisbane's Golden triangle. As such a fitout that reflected the quality of this  building was a requirement. Being located at the Brisbane Rivers  edge the fitout design was developed to maximise outlook from all front of house areas as well as the majority of staff offices.

Stylish Integrated internal stairs were installed to proivde easy yet secure access between the two floors. A modern crisp reception area was called for with complemantary lighting to achieve the right welcoming, yet professional ambience.  As time was the of the essence to the client the fitout was completed in only four weeks.
